Mobile Response Team: Our multi-disciplinary team is the only crisis team in the region that operates with trusted EMS responders along side of Crisis Peers with direct access to therapists 24/7. We will respond to where you are and take you where you need to go! With a Waiver from IDHS, our Emergency Response Vehicle is fitted with GREEN LIGHTS for mental health, not your traditional red. LOOK FOR THE GREEN LIGHT!

Crisis Receiving Facility open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Facility is staffed with EMS Providers and Crisis Specialists. The team is able to stabilize, treat minor medical issues, de-escalate and protect. We have ambulances on site 24/7 for acute emergency transport needs and access to other transport vehicles, including an EMS certified chase vehicle and a motor carrier certified transport vehicle.
Within the same building, Valley Oaks can provide same day walk-in access to therapists and an onsite primary care office provides patients with any clinical needs they may have.
Additionally, the Crisis Team works in conjunction with Valley Oaks' "FIT" team. Who are specifically trained to help take over care services of youth who may be in crisis.
This partnership boasts the most connected, robust and diverse onsite resources with the most capabilities of any Crisis Response Center and Team in the region.
